I had took a loan from nbfc app but credit and field team were following up individually for the loan repayment but field team continuosly sent mail to my references and collected info abt my colleague and he was chasing for payment.I paid to the field team but credit team saying amount has not been credited to them.In this way I have paid thrice the loan amount but still now noc is not provided by field team and my two accounts were reported by field team and again credit team dropping mails for the payment.In this process one of my friend registered complaint complaint at rbi portal for NOC ,rbi said to pay the described amt and rest will be refunded. As iam not aware of reported account I did txn from my reported account,rbi imposed penalty of 1lakh for doing TXN from the reported account and initiated case against me and guarantor. Kindly suggest iam badly struck in loan closure. Iam going thru sleep less nights as not iam getting noc and from both sides iam struck.
