Get clarity from the bank in writing on why they closed the loan and who paid the closure amount. You should send a legal notice to builder and ask him to explain how he claims flat is cancelled. Demand compliance with Agreement for Sale. Lastly, if builder tries to resell your flat, immediately file a civil suit for injunction to stop resale of the flat.
