► I booked one flat in nalasopara west , builder given allotment letter i paid 7L in cheque & 6.50 in cash in 2013 & builder sold the same flat to other person in 2022 & registered also. The new buyer broken the lock of my flat & taken possesion & staying there , Builder is now no more available & not tracable , i need advise what to do

Firstly, gather all the documents of allotment letter, payment made in cash/cash, any communication with the builder. Immediately File a Police Complaint / FIR for Cheating. You can also file a Suit for cancellation of sale deed & declaration of ownership rights in civil court.
