► We booked flat in redevelopment project on Feb'2021, We paid flat flat booking amount more than Rs One Crore to the builder & flat consideration amount is Rs. One Crore Twenty lakh only (possession date 31 st Dec 2024,), but till now he did not registered flat process neither issued us payment receipts nor given flat possession.

If the Builder has not registered agreement as per the terms despite taking substantial consideration and if you are sure that the Builder is evading you and the process of property registration and handing over, there are remedies available to you to file consumer complaint in Bandra District Consumer Commission and filing criminal complaint with the local police station under various sections of BNSS. Make sure you have enough evidential material including payment proofs etc.

Dear Sir, as per your query,

 

Before filing any complaint, send a formal legal notice to the builder demanding:

1. Execution and registration of the sale agreement within 15 days,

2. Issuance of all payment receipts

 

If the builder does not reply to the legal notice, then file a Complaint under RERA.
