Dear Sir,

You may post commentary on governance, temple administration, or policy

It is not illegal to discuss:

State control of Hindu temples

Issues concerning religious administration

Conversions

Court judgments or government policies

News reports on communal incidents (if factual)

BUT the content must be factual, neutral, and not incite hatred or anger between communities.

You can start your channel as freelancer and can report the matter published and noticed in other medias. Keep the proof also so in case of any legal complication you can prove the fact. On showing news of other may invite strike of copy right also so take assistance of expert of media reports.
