In suit what type of petition admissable by Hon'ble Courts regarding "recounting of election"(on which section,order,rule petition will be filed)
Can we get Injection order in this type of case in lower court.

Dear Sir,
Recounting is NOT allowed in an ordinary civil suit.
Recounting can be sought only through an Election Petition under the relevant Election Law, such as:
Representation of the People Act, 1951 (for Parliamentary / Assembly elections)
State Panchayat / Municipal Election Acts (for local body elections)
